Hey Everyone! We have a new video out that shows different prices ranges to accommodate everyone, no matter how big or small the job entails! The video show three different bathrooms for three different needs.
Bathroom one was outdated. The home owners wanted something modern that would also give them more access with their ADA needs.
Bathroom two was a remodel to help the current home owners get their house back on the market for their next phase in life!
Bathroom three had a lot of work done with a limited budget. A whole other section of the house was detaching from the main house. So, we demolished it and fixed the bathroom to the glory it deserved. Take a look:

First Video: Correcting a Bad Remodel
This video is the first of many for us here on Folsom Remodeling and Repair.
This was a cleanup job from a sub-par contractor due to either ill intent or amateur knowledge. Some parts of the remodeling that needed to be fixed were:
– substandard floor joist
– non staggered sub-flooring
– bad window casing
– electrical plugs cut wrongfully and recessed
– overall electrical was left in disrepair
– warped wall paneling due to inadequate studding
– plus much more!
