This house you could see through it when I got to it!! it was a mess!!
We put new HVAC in and the hard back siding
Gutters  are not optional when you have alcove situation on the side of your house
Redone all the sash and white windows from the 1940s complete restore!!
Bathroom with a walk- in-Closet behind it. (Next Picture)
